We the undersigned petition the council to There is an increase in dog fouling by irresponsible dog owners on housing estates such as urinating on building walls, dog owners not picking up dog fouling to dispose of properly, and allowing dogs to roam around freely within the borough. We petition the council to put in place rules and by laws to address this problem and properly enforce this
The council must ensure that irresponsible dog owners not be
allowed to use dogs to foul estates and residential homes and to
make sure anti social behaviour elements not use their dogs to
harass people both on council and private residential flats within
the borough
